How The EDIT Suite Was Born
South Seas Properties began in 2020, managing Airbnbs across Cape Town’s South Peninsula. From Kommetjie to Noordhoek, we’ve helped homeowners create beautiful, guest-ready spaces that run smoothly and feel like home. Over time, we realized that true hospitality begins with systems — homes that flow, cleaners who feel confident, and families who can breathe easier knowing everything is cared for.As we refined our Airbnb management methods, we developed cleaning systems, home manuals, and training programs to upskill domestic workers and improve home operations.
